WHAT: 6-week conditioning program for players ages 10YO-12YO
WHERE: Bluemont grass
WHEN: 50 minutes on Sunday mornings — January 17 weekly through February 21
(Your ballplayer will be assigned to 11-1150a or 12-1250p after registration. We will aim to keep age levels together but scheduling will be determined by number of age level registrations.)
This training is a team-based, physical conditioning element of our development program.
- Increase speed & agility
- Promote flexibility & explosion
- Work on footwork, balance & stability
- Build core strength, arm strength & confidence
- Develop a proper pregame warmup
The conditioning workouts challenge every player with intensity and reward them with fun. Our goal is to provide safe and structured workouts to achieve peak conditioning, learn good techniques and habits, and maximize performance on the baseball field.
